Most of East Anglia is in a conservation area and many trees have a Tree Preservation Order (TPO). These TPOs are all numbered and no work at all on them is permitted. Any work on trees in a conservation area must have written permission from the region’s tree preservation officer, Waveney Tree Specialists work very closely with them. Exceptions to these strict rules are if the tree is dead, diseased or dangerous; the decision being made by both the tree surgeon and the tree preservation officer. Waveney Tree Specialists will submit all necessary paperwork for this permission at no extra charge.
